I had similar problem. After a few weeks , i could not tolerate further and tried to do something. At first nothing worked , then i adjusted my toilet bowl pump after some fiddling and then no more noise! BUt exactly how i am not too sure, i think i adjusted somepart upwards. hope it helps.
