With shower screen the sharp edge will still be there. The basin is just beside shower screen. Yah will file it down so it wont be that sharp. But dont think will make it so round oso ahahaha. In the end my ID got mad and change another team =/ Abit wasted coz only left some finishing touches and the carpenter actually pretty ok 1. The drag is the topid Balcony la ! Until now still have sealed up. Only roof up nia. Hopefully next week should complete. Expecting HO date is also next week.

20 August No much work done. Think ID is planning next week another round of sub con all gather and finish up their work. So have to wait till then. So nothing much to show other then these 2. Shoe Rack inside Simple shelving and 3 drawers. The depth is pretty good so maybe can squeeze abit more shoes hopefully.

Really very nicely renovated ! $ well spent ! I lurve your sofas...... ! In the end i made a trip back to Cellini and request for change of fabric. But didnt change much as my Lady likes the suede kinda material better. So we just change it to lighter beige for cushions and frame in black. Duno will look weird ornot >_<

19 August Alamak ! Been 11 days since there is any update. -____- When reaching ending phase really slow like turtle. ID keep try to push n push the date. Think she couldnt get her sub con to come timely since her schedule was overdue. Those sub con must have planned other projects thus did not really drop by my place to finish up the work. Been waiting and waiting only Shoe rack and TV feature done. MBR Toilet still need some amendments. Awning still need take another 1 2 days i guess. Shoe rack Shoe rack with lights I'm quite fine with the design. Simple and neat. However my Lady wasn't impressed at all. Actually she wanted the drawers to be outside so easier to access. Now this design have to open the door before accessing the drawers. She don't like it :X Advantage of this design is aesthetically nicer. If drawers outside then the look wont be this uniformed from top n bottom. TV feature Mirrors were changed to tinted. Looks much better to me. Still sensors should be able to go through as this is film pasted. Much better then the white glass initially which the 4 steel sides can be seen very clearly.

Looks like the right bottom tiles are not aligned properly. Thus will have slightly fatter grout line below. If you took a pic of this then I am assuming you are not very pleased with that ya. On wide view do look quite ok to me but if you are not satisfied it will be better to sound out early to your contractor to see if he is able to rectify. Coz if you let it go then you have to bear with it for yrs till you decide to shif or re renovate your house again.

Actually your house still looks good ! Just some minor defects which kinda happens during most reno. I have such woes as well with my ID. If really cant be fix and you guys can let it go then ok la, just minus off some of the balance payment citing poor workmanship lo

Hmm you sure you guys are fine with it ? Coz all my carpentry regardless non weight bearing or not, non have such kind of plywood with hollow in between. I am pretty sure about this coz I told ID about the carpentry must be in good material and must be solid. I had inspected every single pc that arrive in my house and all pcs did look very good, Even with nice layers of thick plywood my Lady was not really impressed as she was expecting full pc solid wood maybe like teak or other wood. Of coz that wont be possible if not these carpentry will cost rocket high :X So even if non weight but due to the materials, the areas might be more susceptible to give way in the event of knocking or wad eva events. Maybe due to hollow in between if in event of moisture happened to go in, might be a good place for termites infestation or maybe grow moldy easier. That are my assumptions la but i do suggesti you guys reconsider again.
