ya most of the ids out there are all busy at this time of the year. leslie side has been busy since late last year. there is something we must respect if that this company dont overload themselves for the profit. they are so far really nice to me, giving me calls to check on to see if any defects on things. maybe because they are still small in scale. do give them a call rather then hoping their id to see ur write out. Ar well its up to different people.i feel that their way of working suit me so i get them to do my place. and also they are good with dateline and able to help me save on some items with their design. So i feel that they are good.

Thats really cheap. most of the packages will be from 23888 onwards. this is way too cheap and too many items.. funny looking packages. better to those form the more normal ones. theres alot lot of packages around so far yours is the cheapest of them all with a huge jump on items and prices.

enovy10 the wardrobe i remember its about $1440 with the soft slam hings , glass drawers , internal got colours to chose and also the pigoen holes for folding the clothes and the study table $900. That time u should do toghter. this time i think they pack like ****. they just finish one of my friends place.

The wall feature they will use the remaining materials if any left and add some glass or mirrors to form the wall feature. not sure if everyone gets it. u can try asking but just say you saw it in the forum dont mention about who or which address client say.

i found out something. u have a feature wall same as mine using leftover laminates and some free mirrors right. they always make sure not to waste money. so got free feature wall. but one of my friend (the one who refer leslie to me) the feature wall better they do it like a art work. i try to ask her post here also not sure she ok with it, she hates to go forum she say its a waste of time .

im not sure how much it will cost but be prepared for a least a 30k even with out the floor tiles. you got so many carpentry , wiring, doors, hack wall, build new wall, window. bro i think if its really budget, then dun do so much things, its better to have a nice job done up then to pay for rubbish. only if u can fork out the money then do more things lo, but remember that other then these money u have to but many other things like fridge, tv, cooker, sofa, and etc..... so be very prepared k. hope u enjoy ur renovation just like me. take care bro.

ya agreed, your place so big but budget so small, if any id say can do, u better becareful with the hidden cost. u should try to up your budget slightly higher lo.

Jeremy is my project manager, he is ok nice guy to work with whenever i got any reno issue i will get him to settle. and leslie is my Head designer. they are both nice to work with. i think they both came out with the design plan but to get the reno started, will be jeremy to handle the job. they work in pairs, the friend that refers me to them, their head designer is also leslie, project manager is becky. no offence, i feel that jeremy will be a much much better choice compared to becky. just like any of the companies there are staffs who work hard and staffs that are lazy. the most important thing is that at least there will be someone the settle stuffs. i like the way leslie take part in all projects when things do happen he knows what is going on, it gives the feeling that at least the boss himself is not just sitting around and waiting for money. hope you are as lucky as i am good luck with your reno.

Thanks, i given leslie 3 colours to chose, green. red , and blue. with his help he came out with the black gloss that will not standout so much compared to the green. who is your designer? so when are you starting your reno? i heard that they are quite full now i just refer a friend to them and thru her, i understand that they are now handing over a numbers of projects.

Sorry ya , busy with work. not sure if they have post my home photos in their website. they have got 2 website site the latest one is www.clcinteriors.com who is your id handling your project? The end product are of what i expected, the things given by them are of a higher grade compared to most of my friends. service is alright from my id. aftersales is to a good standard so far any touching up only takes a few working days so settle. overall rating is "An id good is have" i will say that having them to do the job, the job is in good hands. take care all and thanks for the help given to me thru out my whole renovation.
