It dont sound like Clc have to top up the difference. they bring you over to buy things, that is their job. but at the end i deel that it is *** who is earning. so maybe you should with *** a call. to clear things out also. but again its also nice of clc to want to help top up the different.

I dont agreed because we will never be able to to tell from the prices alone. maybe some just out to chop our head. CLC prices are not that low too it is just that they offer slightly better things like soft closing doors for all cabinets. we can't really tell by the prices the company offer to tell which company is better. but i do agree that we have to feel good abot the id b4 we get them as official id for the renovation.

CNY time always not enough. i feel that you should make good use of each appointments in order to cut short the times needed to meet up.

Don't think that resort theme will cost more. unless using higher end wood to construct it, otherwise i think that can use their wood laminates. leslie has been all over newspaper (xin min) and mag last year for his design. that shows that he really knows what he is dealing with. Jack has been with CLC since last year. i saw him afew times when i was having my meetings with them. there are also 2 others more. their company has got like 4 to 5 ppl meeting customers.

there are alot of ghost eyes in RT. they just come in see then get contact and call, they will not leave any msg or post. look at the views, so high but the postings...ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz lol

most of the company out there dun follow. the market is about 15% upon sign up 35% on the day your job start 40% mid way and 10% at the end. i think you will have a very hard time finding 1

i went to check the reno licence which they issue to me, it is from CLC associate company which leslie co-own and they are also the ones who is doing the hacking for my place. and ya they are doing mainly design and coordination. renovation licence is only needed for hacking works mainly. as long as they did have acara then no issues. afterall we still only deal with CLC and not any other of the sub-contractors. they are the first come first serve kind. even refer friend to them also got to wait make me abit p.s Oh so your id is jeremy. nice guy also but abit quiet. dun like to talk much. Boonlay, you no need to ask red-bull things already. that guy long time mia right after he finish his renovation. this site has help so many people in search of their id, at least whenyour renovation finish, you can come in once awhile to return a favor. Or even help your id who did your place to push abit. No harm. i stop for a long time already but because i am clearing my leave now so i come in see see look look. sometime just drop a hello also nice. Wooo i wrote so long lol.

my sis is using classic. they do only cabinets and all of their cabinets come with blum system (soft closing). which is a mid range products. where by most/all others are using normal things. if you need other to do other things like tile work or water work or painting, they dont do. you need to find others to do the job and get them in to do the cabinets. boonlay you are right about their workmanship very good but if you think they are high ends then means that you have not try getting quotes from signture kitchen. which really only cater to very high end ppl. i heard 1 kitchen cabinet cost 10k and above. (by the way i did not use them just sharing what i know)

Happy for you. ya that is the things i love about them willing to do/give alittle more. remember back then when i selected my tiles, it is them doing the talking and i just listen. They always have got many options for us to select. Easy job for us. they are always having sleepless nite and flooded with quotetions to do. its about time they expand their manpower in id department. they only expand their factory funny. he is a good id but not a clever bizman . if its me i will expand my ids where i can get more sales. And he is always over seeing all projects(see all post sure got his name also), be it you meet up with which id from his company he will also join in and help out. by doing this all i can say is that he dont trust anyone other then himself. sad for him good for us. on the other hand he has got no choice, he is also risking his own repo if his guys dont handle it well. hi i was reading thru all post and sorry to say i strongly DUN agree with this post. Reason = only if we sign up with them then we can say we are paying for their services. able to travel out to meet us only means that they have very good services and its something we have to respect. not all ids willing to travel around just to meet us and not knowing if we will agreed and sign. a big plus point for her.

with 16k to work with for new flat i think you can find an id easy. but its will be best if you start looking around lo. no point to post and wait for ufo to reply you. all you need is some time and a floor plan lol..

u can try audio house many good offers. i got most of my stuff there too.

this period very busy for them and most other ids . see my post even the friend i intro, have to wait quite long. chinese new year coming so i think most ids out there good biz. anyway just go with your heart. enjoy the process of renovation.

Ok lo, they are abit bigger now. I strongly agree with you that they should really carry me since i help them so much. they should give me some more free gifts or even send me a hamper next month. about the follow up on defects, sure they will. they did my friend place for 9 months plus and they keep on follow up and that is how i ended to know them. following up on us will get them more sales. why not. k20, you chop them sure they got no more money for your free feature wall.
