C wat u more concern abt lo. BTU or ur wallet lo.... Lik me I'm more concern abt my wallet so i just choose a cheaper one. 20yrs really more than enough la. If I hav kid after 2 yrs ltr. Air-con can use until my kid 18yrs old. LOL... but for me and reuben's house 2nd bedroom look bigger. hahaha...

Sure. But once I saw the flooring been cleaned and laminate done I already felt very shiok liao. I think once the lighting all up on next Monday the feeling more shiok. Hahaha...

Today just only fixed 3 bedrooms door. Next Monday will fix all lighting and ceiling fan. Yeah~! =)

Actually I oso not really sure how many BTU of the air-con on my living room. B'cos my bro-in-law doing air-con business and this is what he recommend to me. Think shld be no problem la. Anyway i'm not those ppl really need air-con all the time. Air-con is only for hot weather and gathering. Price I still don't know yet. I'll update u more abt the air-con on this wkend. =)

I installed Daikin non-inverter system 4. maintain, servicing and spare part r cheaper... I forgot previously do I post my my wiring layout or not. Think that layout include where my air-con install.

Dun wry! Air-con is for hot weather or gathering propose... I won't adjust to very low temperature. Mostly will be at 25degrees only.

I think so. B'cos my layout is exact same as reuben so I just 1 2 let him know about this. For water piping I also learn a lot from one of my friend. On/Off valve for all piping through ur water tap for easy maintain and service. Check valve for washing machine tap to prevent water backflow to our drinking water/eat water tap.
