Hi, As to repaint the grilles on the spot, the result of yr grilles color of the paint is worst n u will hv lot of tears drop on yr grilles cos all tis grilles cannot b repaint should bring back to the factory to re-spray.

Laminate n granite will hv a joining line, as i knw for solid suface ther wil b no joining line, bt its quite easily to get scratches

Nvr heard tat can paint on wall tiles, it should hv cement screed or plaster than paint n will b lasting for e paint...
