Yup, i took pictures and indicated to him the lights which are out.. Quite an eyesore But i think i better kept reminding him else later he forget abt it.

Work Done as of 12 June 09: Downlights UP... using square downlights.. some of them alignment really OUT leh anyone faces the same problem huh? Living Room with the KDK remote controlled fan installed as well... Dining Area Corridor to the rooms MBR

Finally gotten our keys on the 29th May 09... As hubby is rushing off for overseas assignment, our ID is also nice enough to start work asap for us the following Monday! Work Done as of 04 June 09: Ceiling up liao! Dining Area Living Area Master Bedroom More pictures to come!

My reno started on the 2nd June... Wiring and ceiling up liao. This week doing painting and installation of lights... Next week hopefully carpentry will be ready. Hoping to move in asap cos bunking in with my parents now. With my dog and boy, really is a BIG mess I have not tested my a/c yet, think better go and try this weekend. The 2.8m black leather sofa that i have confirmed with Univonna. May have to amend the length cos ID mentioned that from the floorplan, max length of wall is abt 2.8 to 3m.

Time for some updates... No major progress yet since the keys are still with the current owner... Finalised 3D drawings with ID, now waiting for on-site measurement.

Yup, i heard that Chiho is now one of the bosses. Nonetheless he is still as humble and nice as before Cant agree more! Different ID from the same firm can give you totally different design! Your hse is really nice! Love your feature wall

ocheeeng - did u shift the aircon for your unit? the whole reno is making me broke liao! Can anyone share whether putting the carpentry on the longish side is better or as attached in the current pict?

Shkeat - Yup, i have 3 bathrooms. My current house got 2 and i am almost half dead from keeping it clean! Familyof4 - I also worried if anything wrong with the aircon, it will be a hassle to remove it. Ocheeeng - Heehee thks!

The 3D drawing on the living/dining area. Somewhat different from the initial layout where all the carpentry is on the right hand side as the hall is really too long. ID proposed it on the left hand side instead but felt weird cos it will then have a super big space at the shoe cabinet area. Any ideas?

Thanks for the welcome! Ha ha was trying to post the floorplan.. Luckily succeeded! Attached is the 1st proposal by my ID on the living/dining area. He will replaced the 'Water Feature' with a full height storage cabinet.
