my family used to have a light grey when we were younger, gets black easier but we were kids, so... anyway, through time it will be dirty and not so easy to maintain, please think twice about using white...

i think hdb will ask them to share the cost... hopefully can resolved it... upstairs neighbours seem to be chinese (sneaked up there before), but probably older generation, think they wont want to renovate willingly de... maybe i'll ask IDs/contractors for their advice if and when they see my unit...

good morning ncy actually just thought that if there are pointers, they can be posted into a renovation guide or something, no need to go to every single contractor and give general pointers or to enter individual contractor/id firm thread and target them by giving general pointers, or maybe i'll see you posting in every thread in this sub-forum about the various pointers to look out for each contractor/id?!
