Finally reservist is over and done with for this year. Ha.... Until 2011... Finally the handover had taken place... will write more about what happen between the last update and handover when I have more time... probably later today or later this week... Tuesday, some things were delivered and saw that the washing machine base was too small... it is next to the cabinet with the sink portion and I realised why it was too small, ID made the base to be the exact size of the washing machine... then the solid top for the cabinet protrudes out and as a result takes up some area of that base, in the end, my base becomes too short... MMS her with no reply, MMS her operation manager Kenneth (Skyblue's ID) too and he promised to inform her but till date there is no reply... haiz... now wishing i havent made the last payment for handover but wouldn't have realised the base issue till delivery takes place, sooo... haiz...

if you think you can get your contractor to talk to your neighbour and do it fast for them, and your neighbour is willing to, then ok, if not, have to get HDB to approach your neighbour and that takes way longer...

contact HDB and ask them to look into it... get them to fix your neighbors' leakage... and hopefully you can do ur ceilings last so that the HDB has time to react to the leakage...

A new poster, coming in and post a comment, extremely good or bad on a company/id/contractor, I will have said and had posted too before the same thing. Welcome to t-blogs. I'll probably not have time to follow through your t-blog closely as I did with some others' but I do hope you'll get the same help with the forummers who are still active here and helping...

True enough, I expect them to share their experiences instead of saying one line or two over an ID. Every ID/Contractor has pros and cons and I believe in sharing a true view. Like I mentioned, Lynn's customers have already shared about her work in their house. There are too many ghost members in this forum so I asked for Mickey to be more convincing. I doubt there's anything wrong with me asking more about the experience but they threw me into the whole relation thing. Simply childish.

For toilet bowl, you can only change direction, hole has to remain the same For basin, your pipes are not even done yet..... you can change it to be anywhere as long as the pipes don't get choked...

cabinet finally up le but because hob was delivered later and dunno how the solid top was cut, the edge of the hob is actually out of the edge of cabinet by 2mm or so everything is done le EXCEPT for rectifications that have been informed since week 2.. and very bad experience with ID's attitude/service... shall explain more later... thanks PreciousJam and SkyBlue for your help yesterday with regards to my renovation...
