    no, the valuer will be appointed randomly by HDB...i just did my valuation and i find that by keeping the house neat and tidy on the day of valuation will also help to increase the valuation by a bit.. good luck!

    I am looking at doing some carpentary work to my new place (TV console, bedroom shelving, etc), it's going to be a small job. Just wanted to find out from those who have engaged the services of Tau, how's the workmanship for their carpentary work?
