the full height cupboard is a great idea, will ask uncle soon about it... the present owners used that place as a dining area...if i decide to hack off the study room, will need to do up another room thinking of doing at that area. was thinking of kitchen layout this way...so the kids will not have to come into the wet area too often...will put water dispenser and and dry food products at the dry area...what do you think? blue : sliding door red : partition green : shoe cabinet

the layout looks great...agree with smallboy and pet that sink and stove looks better the other way round.... hubby and me gonna meet uncle soon this afternoon to get quotation. was telling him about the quotation in chinese, he gave me that kind of "Are you sure anot"look hahaha Aubrey which program did you download to do the layout? think its a good idea esp if want to discuss with uncle soon what do we want to do....

I've 2 boys and a girl... 1st boy : 6 yrs 2nd boy : 4 yrs 3rd girl : 2 yrs never thought I'll have 3 kids and whenever people ask how i manage, i juz tell them go with the flow...There's no right or wrong to parenting.. I always say have to trust our own instincts more than often it will turn out fine... Wanted my kids to enjoy their childhood but realise how difficult it was in this competitive world....Even now i was so stressed over my eldest not doing enough when i hear what some of other children his age can do....now I have to push myself to be more discipline in giving him some work to complete everyday (but sometimes still never do) Family of 4, have you any idea how should we choose primary school? some told me to go for the good and some say it really doesn't matter...in Bt panjang there's the Beacon Primary School which is an IT school 1st of its kind...wanted to put him there but kind of worried will they b able to follow when in secondary? aiyo!!! thinking thinking!!

Fondue, Family of 4 That's a great idea... it helps since we have something in common....i think the RT m2b/mum thread will be great...hahaha will definitely look forward to that... thought of doing it that way but because that side got windows so it'll be quite dark if partition there.... as for the wall,we thought of leaving it there as a partition to divide the dining and small living room..thought of puttin wall paper on it to make it nicer....will talk it thru with hubby again....

i paid 375k for it...5k below valuation but it is so hard to find EA/EM for sale in the older estate...all those i saw is in jelapang and senja....so when this come, i juz grab...there was another one on sale at that time EA at blk 253 but the seller insist on 5K COV on the 4th floor(top floor) I've been looking at classified...still more flats selling at newer part of the estate.... I hope she'll find hers soon....
