i've had the same thought not to do the floor tiles to save....but in end still overhaul....best to do it now than later..... My MBR toilet also have to compromise on the size of the sink because of the shower screen....ok la the size also not that small and i realise alot of the small sinks very nice design....

kthc & booy : probably so far very smooth la, really thanks to Yeak for all the coordination....even though he's not painting for me, yesterday morning still go thru with me what colour to use and how to paint my ceiling, false ceiling and walls to create a contrast.... as an assurance to all who's gonna use him...I did ask him seems like he gonna be very busy, can he manage? he explains that though busy but everything has been plan out for his workers so all his projects will be on time....he explains to me that all instructions that we leave with him or any details we discussed, he'll talk to the workers personally and make sure its convey to them so all done sui sui... one thing which i find very nice...though i never plaster my house,hubby ask him to help plaster abit here and there so easier to paint. All done...and my toilets ceiling very jiat lat...actually thought just scrap away can but in the end, he help me plaster both ceilings without extra costs... saw my nice ceiling liao... booy: really enjoying the whole reno, even my sis who happen to accompany me to jalan besar told me can see i finding it enjoyable...don't worry la...yours will start to speed up...did a good job with the protection layout....you won't regret spending the time doing it...

wow that's alot of carpentary....waiting to see end products...saw that WIW is in front of door...did your id mention about mould and all? cos someone told me before toilet door best not to face wiw....things might get mouldy easily...

the flooring for the kitchen tiles is a dark or light colour? so nice...think i can sleep well now....my contractor gonna run the laminates almost the same way as yours...very nice all the laminates for the wardrobes....you are pretty daring also...choose bold colours with patterns one....

think i'll remind him again...the last time we were at hafary, the salesperson did tell us one of the tiles can't take too harsh acid wash....he was there told us will use less strong one....good thing you remind me.... Yes i was very surprised that it's going quite fast....somehow want it to slow down abit and let me enjoy the process a little longer... at least don't have to worry about not being able to move out in time...

with respect to all the forummers, i would like to share my opinon.... if any of you have read my blog, you would know that Ah soon is actually top on my list...firstly price is the best, secondly though i didn't get to talk to uncle soon myself, hubby find that he's easy to talk to....to me, i feel Ah soon provides an alternative for many home-makers who want to achieve their dream home but got no $$$..... at the end of the day when any choice is made, it is a decision made by us and nobody else....nobody can force us.... I actually find the friendship between ah soon's clients on the forum very warm.....they are not afraid to voice out any frustration so that it can be a learning process for all (whether ah soon clients anot) and along the way support each other....i have learn alot from reading their blogs...... Cheers!!!
