did you adopt her from SPCA? wanted to adopt a dog also when i'm more or less settle down in the new place...my dad loves dog too....actually taking care of "my" dog....hehe was mine for awhile....

anything you think should rectify, let them know early and they will...i have a wall tile damage by the air con people, they only rectify when i moved in liao...if the tiles affected will have carpentry, then its better to rectify now....

its only for SS? how about the bathroom sinks? don't know is it my maid scrub too hard, the one in the common toilet got 1 brown line appearing and some scratches.... where to get this cream? better get one to protect my SS sink....

the sliding glass door tracks covered up nicely....the carpentries look good...like the laminates in your parent's room...wonder is it the lighting in your room? looks dark and blue green....somehow i feel its the lightings.... the kitchen laminates is the one i had for shoe....good choice anyone who have seen this laminate in my house loves it.....but mine small portion...waiting to see yours....

actually even to me till now still find it hard to understand the whole thing about air con....as long as will not cause electric trip, i'm ok... too chim liao....initially still try to find out more about it.... but i think what storm control says make sense...and i remember the last guy we sign up with also told us if i on all 4, just that the coolness takes longer time....

in sunny singapore...kind of tough...talk to a few more air con specialist....we went to GC and spoke to different outlets salesmen to have a better idea too....

for old flats, usually its provided with 30amps main switch so max running current is only 8.5amps...whereas for newer flats with 40amps or old flats with upgraded main switch, most air cons can fulfilled this conditions.... my house was under the old one so they did say only can install inverter air con if i want sys 4 which i did....i also ask them if i on all 4 air cons at the same time will it cause power trip to the block...was told will not have such problem but i don't think i want to try it out....at most my air con will be using 3 units at one go.... you can check if your block is under the 30, 40 or upgrading one here http://www.hdb.gov.sg/bn25/isos119p.nsf/Search?OpenForm Cheers!!

either talk to upstairs neighbour, if not can make a report...i'm not sure to town council or hdb...if they involved, probably the neighbour bo bian also must solve the problem.... i've the same thought as you....esp when now my upstairs neigbour also doing renovation...yesterday when they started hacking at the toilets area,i get so paranoid that there will be wet spots appearing.... its not a matter of whether they fixed it anot, more of the inconvenience esp i just renovated and moved in.....*keeping my fingers crossed*
