ya i think its the one of those old kind of flat.... everything muz be prim and proper 排排站 the one thing i like is the small living area so that whole area will have some privacy.....

my secondary school not in this area,"Queenstown Secondary School" My sis was from CCK sec school.... I've got 3 kids, 2 4 6yrs....partly moving coz my eldest starting primary school next year so want to be nearer to parents....

we are going to be so "close" as in collection of keys and reno....me getting keys on the 30th..trying to get reno started in the first week of may... have to move in june as my buyers giving us only 2 months extension....

i thought of changing the layout to the one below...any suggestion?

Didn't realise so many people stay in Bt Panjang....i've been staying in Bt Panjang since sec school so most of memories there...so excited to be back there...hehe

Senja's flats are the newer ones and expensive lei.... what i'm paying for the EA can only buy a four room there...did you manage to sell it when economy was better? my agent told me now there can't get COV, most selling at valuation..... quite a drastic change from west to east....but i guess you like to be nearer to nature...my friend stay there always bring their child to the beach....

was at fondue's house when they doing the installation, they are very professional...each time want to do anything will check with fondue...and also they will protect your flooring... quite impressed with them...actually have heard lots of good review about Hong Tar...should be quite ok.... hope it helps!! Finally I have the chance to start my own blog....I'm so inspired by the forummers here with all their selfless sharing and contribution esp the Ah Soon Club Forummers!!! (simei xiaomei(thanx for the contact), fondue(thanx for letting us view your house), smallboy family of 4 (thanx for sharing) After months of trying to sell my house in Woodlands (that's another story), finally got a seller after the Chinese New Year...and so lucky juz 2 weeks later I got my dream house near my parents(Whoppiiee!!!!!) Our initially plan was to keep the flooring and juz keep everything to minimum but as we look at the condition of the house...its like "OMG what have I gotten into?" The condition is as it is 20 yrs ago, not much has been done...I muz have been blinded by the fact I'll be so near my mum's house that I never really take a good look...... but then i thought to myself with the COV i saved up, juz do an overhaul to my house and it'll be a place to call my own with all my ideas in....and finally my second apt will be end of this month!!! In the meantime here's the layout of my house....any ideas are welcome!!! My reno has been completed and i've moved in....enjoying every moment of it.... Will consolidate information for my reno..... me want to go....hope u don't mind i've got to bring my kids along... today before going to fondue's place, i went to your place to have a peek and i thought that the false ceiling was abit too low...but thought that is your design...i've seen some houses with platform plus false ceiling before.. ya!!hubby juz told me uncle will pass us the indemity form for my seller to sign, hubby ask have not confirm let him do. He told hubby even if don't let him do, can still sign and submit first so as not to waste time....so touch lei!! think more and more impressed with him lor...

When uncle ask you to go? he ask us to go next sat...have you finalised your final final quotation with him?

is white easy to maintain in the kitchen? personally i like white as well, looks clean but was afraid of how it will look over time....

hubby juz met uncle soon yesterday....gonna get a quotation from him this friday....he was actually early. expecting to meet him 8plus instead come at 7....hehe based on what hubby says, seems like uncle soon pretty confident can fit into our budget....wish me good luck!!! i hope the quality of his work do not suffer as a result of being so busy!!
