Today went to Jalan Besar to look at stuff...So many shops to visit....don't even know where to start... In the end we went Chuan Heng to get an idea of the prices.. the sales person quoted us $2300 for 4 sinks(bathroom and kitchen), 4 taps, 2 toilet bowls, cooker hob from turbo, dish rack, 2 707 instant heater seems quite alot of money for these stuff... Have to visit some more shops already....

Hi!! wanted to use ah soon...but hubby feel he got too many projects on hand...don't know if he can do for us in time as we have to move within time frame coz buyer hope we can give him the house asap....first impression of Yeak not bad also...so far his and ah soon quote for us are the best....of coz i have to admit ah soon's is better.... Yeak is not that kind who gave you a high high quote and then give you discount to make it seem cheaper...He'll be showing us some flats he have done this week...will update on the workmanship....

ya ya think same hor....some more we told him really want to get, what's the best price he can give? He actually want my hubby to say yes first before revealing the price, so ridiculous later cheaper by $1 only...do i care for that? after when we got pissed off, told him its ok we don't want...he show us that kind of attitude and still got the cheek to sit on my sofa as if want to wait for us to change our minds...NOT in a million years... nowadays occasionally still get calls about asking whether want to have a free trial from them because rec by friend...straight away say no....

think this brand available in singapore but i think 3000 sing$.... i'm also totally convinced on this but too ex lei... and if i'm not wrong that last time the salesperson came to my place very rude...tell him want to think over, immediately change attitude....i wouldn't buy from him even if its $1....

the colours for the gals room is so sweet and the kitchen cabinet looks great...the dark laminate colour looks cool in the kitchen

i know but my girl only 2 so most likely will bunk in with us.... the 2 boys are 6 and 4...we are also worried about the eldest sleeping top that's y buy the bed for almost 1 or2 yrs never use at all...Hai~~ we are too advanturous...now it will seem like a waste to get new beds for them... we are also thinking of where to place their play area so for the moment it seems inside the room...coz at least if messy juz close the door and tadah!! no mess hehee;)

I've got 2 boys and a girl...not much idea on how to deco their room...presently we do have a double decker bed for them never used yet....so we gonna move that over and let them start using it....my hubby hates mess if not i'll let the kids pick what they want on the wall and draw...hahaha thinking of getting those ikea storage for kids and put all the toys in a corner so they'll have a play corner inside... Went to my friend's place,that's how she does it for her girl... Will brainstorm for more ideas...we can share share....

My kids never fail to amaze me each day.... Just yesterday I was discussing with hubby about the house reno, suddenly my eldest boy say, "mama, i want to have a TV in the room." We were stun for a while...and we realise they probably have an idea of what they want in their room...So we probe further and the next thing he wanted is air con.... hai~~~ kids! what to do? Thinking back when jarren and ayden were at fondue's house watching the carpentary works, they were so engrossed sitting down there looking at the workers fixing this and that... when i suggested that when its our house. they will have the chance to look at it everyday...you can see the eyes just lit up.... So i guess all of us are looking forward to the reno....can't wait to get keys next week!!!!
