it should be early juz that whether the seller can move out by then....I had 1st apt on 20th march, the hdb officer ask me if any dates from 16 april till 30 april can....of coz i say can then seller comer back with request to have it on 30 april so no choice lor...but now i'm so excited YEAH!!! it's coming!! personally i think wardrobe, shoe cabinet and make up areas are must for us.... hehe...even my hubby also give up trying to convince me we don't need big wardrobes and make up area...

haha!! my hubby was actually having a headache what kind of shoe rack to get....coz we were worried custom made one will be too expensive but in the end the one that Yeak quote me was quite alright considering its a full height...Now all are happy...Hubby becoz all the shoes should be outasight, me becoz I can buy more shoes!!!!

if just doing cold piping, it should be cheaper...based on the quotations I've been given...I wanted to have instant storage heater initially (coz left behind by previous owner-pretty new) but in the end we figure it's probably gonna cost us more in electrical bills...my dad always complain to me about storage heater waste money...so now we are getting instant heater and it seems that this Alpha brand is quite good... So excited right when 2nd apt approaching...me too...

The area between the balcony and living room...is it a room cos i realise there are beam on the left and right side? Take your time to look for an ID/contractor you are comfy with....Communication is very important...

hehe..probably staying near and hubby loves to look see look see esp when we bought the flat...every weekend we'll end up at some place looking at furnitures...these few week always at jalan besar, balestier, imm... I'm the one complaining aching legs and tired...if not for that think he still can cont looking.....

have been to Sungei Kadut....ALOT of furniture shops there...can take your time slowly see...Most of the shops you see in IMM have show flats there...and quite in close distance to each other so you don't have to travel very far to find the next shop....

haha!!how true!! i'm thinking the boxes is quite a good ides to keep shoes which are seldom wore. Maybe i should do the top shelfs to fit shoe boxes and the below normal shoes racks....Juz the right excuse to buy more shoes!!!YEAH!!

talking about shoes, everytime we tell the contractor/ID to quote the shoe cabinet and they ask how big? hubby always tell them, "ask her how big she needs" hai~~ what to do? so now told Yeak to make a full height shoe cabinet for me....

haha the one who talk to me is a guy salesman but like blur blur one lei....think from China one...ask him anything he must go back ask (i think) the boss....in the end if i get a kitchen sink and tap and the cuzino cooker hob from him will spend about 800+ lei
