i think this layout neater and if you are using 2x18...should be ok...i talk to electrician uncle told me enough, ask me use all 2x18...

ya i agree with Angel...most important is to let Yeak know you want him do your house so he'll set aside time for you....anything you want to add or correct, can let him know also so he'll have an idea...now is just the rough estimation...but base on my experience, his estimation quite jun....so my actual price and the estimated one quite close....

i went to check the smallboy fan at Extreme..cheaper by $10, regulator also cheaper by $10...Alex was telling us the franco brand fan, latest one is aclyric...about 225 with regulator

actually you have to consider for your air con usage...for me i forsee that 3 rooms will be on at night when sleeping and 1 room is on only during the day or evening...so we definitely will not have all 4 rooms on at one go....but we do need air con in all the four rooms...bo bian got to get the system 4....

did you choose this date? for us also contra. on 1st apt, we were given from 16th april till 30 april...but my seller requested we do it on the 30th...got to submit a letter on that day with approval signed by all parties involved....i was thinking if we never choose date, probably HDB will just notify us one week in advance of 2nd apt whichever date they picked...

Fondue & smallboy : hope that you will get over the post reno blues soon and enjoy your house....afterall the designs are done by yourself guess the sense of achievement still there.... I was very impressed with both of your houses' layout, wardrobes and kitchen cabinets design....

progress so far quite good....tiling should be finished today, tomorrow just touch up...heard from hubby electrician uncle came to do the wiring today...the false ceilings people should be coming tomorrowand we are meeting Yeak to confirm on the wardrobes, kitchen cabinets design and false ceilings layout.... hehe ya tv fans but not so good lei for the kids to be couch potatoes.....never subscibe to SCV though so at least limit what they watch....

aiyo!!! think 5 tv points abit too much....coz we are thinking living room 1, MBR 1 and cozy area near the rooms 1 should be enough....then my son told me he want tv in his room.....so ok lor...then the electrician uncle ask me if we want one in the facial room, we were thinking ya if next time want to convert room to entertainment room then we need a scv...so becomes 5 points.... at my present house already got 3 tv....and bought 1 tv during last pc show for MBR...so ya got 4 tv....2 of which are the pui pui kind....hehe
