Met yeak this morning, came from bukit batok and yishun....must be your place liao!!!

no problem!!! can come my place.....i'll organize one when my house ready... no pictures of me painting...will probably take my hubby painting.... newnyew : this week still nothing to see... my darling hubby can only handover the house to Yeak on thurs, so friday and sat will be doing acid wash....monday onwards carpentary comes in....hehe... Met Yeak this morning at new place, he went thru the trunking for my air con with the GC guys....hai~~ these guys so rough damaged the meter box outside...called up town council informed them(just in case need to pay), luckily the guy say no need will send someone to replace...heng ar!!! Yeak saw the paintjob, now his turn to "hiam" .....but good thing he will help me patch up those area not so smooth causing paint to look ugly.... even though painting tough and maybe to some it is not worth it, but for us, i think the pleasure is in the fact we can co-ordinate the colours,mix and match to what we like....i'll take photos after acid wash this sat....all should be swee swee.... Now back to painting again!!!!

My model is very old one...one thing water pressure sucks....another is the temperature control if i want to turn to the higher temperature, the water pressure becomes ridiculously small, can't wash hand properly let aone bath... maybe nowadays the model better? because of the unpleasant experience and 707 not cheap lei, so we decide to use another brand...was considering Alpha and after Rondy showed us the water pressure, decided to get it....

i've got a 1x black silver and 1x pink...currently using 707 and it sucks....

i'm using alpha instant heater...have been trying it out....so far the water pressure very very good....i'm very happy with it...

YEAH!!! so happy for you....i'm sure you'll enjoy the reno process as i did....that's a good one "Yeaker" looking forward to more more pictures...

Day 19 of reno.... Have started painting the house...boy!! was it tiring!!! hubby did most of the work and i just help abit here and there....as there are still some rubbish not cleared its a little hard to get started....tomorrow Yeak will get workers down to clear it and electrician uncle will be doing the DL... Lights from Extreme Lightings arrived....all lights comes with the acto ballas and osram tube.... Asia Excel was on time with the delivery of the cooker hood and hob,franke sink and tap....one of the mirror delivered was wrong....but as invoice was written as that model, we took it first...called up asia excel imm just now to enquire about the wrong mirror...they offered to change it and deliver to our house.... i was very very impressed.... as whole house covered with corrugated paper and i'm so tired, didn't take any photos... i love the sinks, taps, handsprays and heaters which i bought from Royal Fanco....Henry was spot on with all the recommendation.... Rondy :lucky you told me about alpha...never regret getting it.... Tomorrow another day of paint job!!!

i think i know what you mean by that...then that one bo bian la....you got the same problem as mine not enough sand.... mine also did the same thing as they lay the tiles, start to use corrugated paper to protect...thus i also can't take photos...but never mind la...wait the acid cleaning then i take photo liao....

i got it from royal fanco...did you get it there?

get a few quotations first for comparison at the same time get some ideas on how you want to do up the house...

if like that, speak to jason and get him to get the carpenter speak to you first before commencing any works....saw in another blog think its ivy or family of 4 about jason and carpenter....

the alignment should not be too out...but its true that must wait for the grouting to be done, then it will be clearer....wait for the grouting, if still look mis-aligned, denmust get him to see...

i was just thinking with the workload they have right now,maybe its easier for you to get your ideas across without going thru third party...of coz it'll be good jason is around when you speak to them so he knows what you wanted too....

oh dear...hope things will look up....hope that you managed to rent the other flat... probably just tell jason firmly you want to speak to the carpentary guys...and i gues its better, at least they will know what you want...

hehe...i had a big headache when my contractor throw all the laminates to me..... best to listen to them...when i was there during the time they lay the floor tiles, the tilers kept reminding don't step where....in the end we didn't go in...don't want to risk getting alighment out....
