did you get a few quotes to compare? then at least you know ok anot....i find that his quote reasonable for the works he's providing and some more mine reno process quite enjoyable....one thing he quite easy to talk to..... wow and you say want light colours, already so much gold liao...will be quite outstanding...no wonder your reno will give Yeak a challenge....can imagine he thinking "Gold Ceiling!!!!"

The kids room....(this room's air con installation is the best, no trunking at all) Study room (kids' room trunking here, that's why so thick casing) Think it looks better after painting even if its 1st coat.... hmm the green feature wall don't look good here....will try taking photo for the second coat...it seems to look better in reality...

Yeak definitely good....its good to get a quote from him first and also to let him know your schedule eg when start reno, when need handover...so he'll know if he can handle your project...he's very onz on the timeline...if he can, he'll do it...if he is packed, he'll also let you know.... how big is your new house? easier to gauge from there....

ya, he told me he's full for june....that's Yeak...coz he can't compromise on the quality so he uses all the same workers, thus the time line for each project is very impt to him.... hope you get to confirm your id soon, june arriving soon....

my contractor told me acid washing done after painting, before carpentry....then before handover general cleaning... i think acid washing will be too strong for carpentry...

saw in another topic u meeting Yeak this wednesday....hope you get a good quotation from him...he has so far been very efficient in his work....

yup yup!!! still don't know yet...tomorrow gonna discuss with my contractor see got any solution....like what i say...luckily most of them swee swee esp living area....i'm thinking of using cabinet or table to hide the MBR and study... sometimes no choice for me i also prefer less problem in future.....
