Thanks all for the well wishes!!! @ new : you are so right this time round....my hubby did give me a surprise, and he plan it with my sis and parents....was expecting them to come over see my son coz he wasn't feeling well...when they arrived, saw cake and all.... very touched lei...and i think celebrating in this new house makes it feel so special.....

ya ya are you one of the Yeakers now? if so, i'm really happy for you!!!! i had a real good experience with Yeak and i hope you do too...esp with all the drawings you have done so far...i believe Yeak can help to deliver what you want.... i'm just so happy that your contractor woes is solved...at least you can move on to the next step....

hey hey, people!!!! i'm so touched lei!!!! even though this year don't think i'll have a celebration but i'm so happy to get all these well wishes~!!!!! *huggies and kisses to all of you!!!!* i had a mini celebration towards the end of my cousin's wedding yesterday....and received lots of "gifts" (the gifts prepared by the bride and groom for the guests!!! ) Indeed its a different feeling that i'm having now staying at the new place....feel so much of happiness @Gaku : Happy Birthday to You too though belated!!!! i'm just glad that the saga is over for now....hope you enjoy your new place too...don't dwell on it ok? Jia you!!!

hahaha...getting sleepy liao... workmanship wise, he's good or should i say his workers are good....so far quite standardized for all the works i've seen including my own house....esp the tiling.... most importantly he is pretty detailed person....will note all the ugly things and try to make it nice....after sales service no 1...

the tile for the foyer is from hafary, E915060 closer to black colour they have a few colours for you to choose from... switch is from Yeak....as long as you go through with him the points, he'll also plan out the switches for you...but you can request also.... yours too....you have alot of carpentry in your house and very well done too. ...gonna try for Beacon Primary School....hope can get in...heard that might have to go through balloting definitely esp when all my boxes clear out.... hi nobody! total spend on my reno about 38K...its actually lesser but i don't have the actual figure off hand... just remember me!!! i'll be interested....

yes sir...gonna thorough check....we gonna do permanent fixed....if not my sofa will be out of place....the 3 monkeys in my house sure push it around... the sofa only arriving on 25 june... last year went to jane's cake station got a yummy chocolate fudge cake, celebrate with kids only... i also like the laminate tiles...but new doing all parquet already....
