hi pinkydot! i'm using yeak. for us we went to his shop to look for him with our floorplan and discuss everything with him at one go as by that time we have already met a few ids. see which is convenient for you? if time is a factor, emai the floor plan first, he will most likely find out what you want before quoting. with a floorplan, its easier for him to know what you are talking about when he has the floorplan on hand... or you can try to arrange to meet him if your time allows......sometimes got to be a bit thick skin. my hubby will call him quite regular before quotation and during reno. one thing i can assure you he had quite good control over the works and time line....if he can't do it, will let you know....

think you can talk to those hardware shops and tell them you gonna buy in bulk...get the best price....
