Cos i din see any wet work involve . should be able to do it within 10k (my own guts feeling only) but hor for item "Re-laminate existing kitchen cabinet (about 30ft)" I was told relaminate and change new the cost was not much different. maybe u need to check the condition before u make yr decision

I think everyone rushing to renovate after 7th month and before X'mas .... So Henry got to reject if he feel that the particular month of renovation is too pack.... Better to have lesser customer then to produce bad result right. Nevertheless, those who are interested still can try calling him to see if he can arrange to fix into his schedule
