but the good thing about storage heater is u got to enjoy hot water even at the sink tap . But cost wise ... I strongly prefer instant heater too U save on the piping cost by half too .

I got the same problem . (my air-con was left by previous owner) Water at tray . Service countless time, chem wash/ pipe change/ genernal cleaning . But problem will just resurface again every 1-2month . till I give up liao. Yes, yesterday the air-con man came again . Now tell me need to chem wash the air-con (last service done on march) to prevent leakage. Then after that every 3 month must service 1 time .... i already don't know should I believe him or not ....

bro , can feel that u r quite unhappy abt the reno. Was thinking u should sit down and have a proper talk with Henry and tell him all yr unhappiness. In fact when you first report about the painting issue , I did sms Henry to question him why he didn’t do a proper job. Was only when I saw yr pic of the wall then I realise I had mistaken him. Sometime thing can be sort out if both party sit down peacefully and talk thing out.

Think both yeak and henry should be quite tie up at the moment hence the delay
