Actually not only the after sale , the service wasn't really good when we visit the shop the 1st time. the sale lady can disappear half way while we are chosing our item. that's y in the end we got most of the stuff at poh joo instead of them. But I love the design of the W.C so no choice got to buy 2 w.c for them. but end up ... sigh

I think she is sort of the PIC ba. Kind of really vomit blood talking to her. this morn she was saying when I wan the new toilet bowl to be send . I say I arrange with her later . Just now b4 luch couldn't get thru the line . After lunch her colleague say she is busy will call me back 10min ago call. I told her i want it today . then she say ... "Ai yah ... now then u say ... abit too late liao lah" . Hey ! who ask you to take 2 hr to return my call !!!

Now she is saying that she didn't even charge me delivery charges for re-delivery for new W.C and another trip for collecting of old W.C Really don't know how to talk to this type of pp. Wonder who can I talk to ...

But that stupid lady say that they only sell toilet bowl . And they already perform a 1 to 1 exchange for me. warranty don't cover labor .... i was kind of really angry sia

After move in for less then 1week I feel that common toilet W.C flushing is not that good. Upon check from the seller staff that admitted that it's the W.C problem. Now they going to give me a 1 to 1 exchange but!!!! I need to pay the reinstallation fee You guys think it's fair to me? Regards Simon

I think it's better to do a semi base below it ... the cabinet uncle told me suspending cabinets with a semi base is better

Ask you all guys , I bought a toilet bowl from lookz .... after installation the flush is not so good. Now they send their man down and admit that it's the W.C problem. They going to do a 1 to 1 exchange but I got to get my own pp to do the reinstallation. that mean i got to pay for another $60 to reinstall it. U guys think reasonable ?

I got 2 bad experinece with HN too My dinning table and coffee table - bad very bad until refund My fridge - Good - no issue and on time Tv and HTS - bad - forgot to fax to philips to come down for wall mount - after that got DP ...

My case different .... My wife rachel dun bother to read thread at all... She only interested on picture. ha... So she also never update anything on our T-blog. And always keep saying stuff like "Y u so lor So " " Y haven't complete u post " etc etc ... lol ha

Use flickr ? My company PC can only see picture from Flickr. ha

I got the same problem with my philips LCD too. They deliver ard 1pm and told me the installation by philips will be here by 6pm. Waited until 8pm ... no one came. Call havery norman and upon check found out that philips didn't receive their fax ... so ??? my problem ???? End up they can't do anything as it's already too late . got to wait another day. 2 day after they fit up the TV found that it got 2 dead pix... then had to go thru the thing again on sat for 1 to 1 replacement lucky now everything ok liao

Yup. Can turn more then 90 degree - not sure can reach 180 not ( as in not sure can push in after 180 turn). No problem with pulling out so far. We got it free as we sign the closet package at expo when they are doing the promotion . regards Simon
