Say whatever you like and doubt which ever way you are happy with I'm not advertising for henry neither did I pop up at any new house owner thread to recommend his service to them. Those who start thread looking for ID/contractor , I had never even Pm them . I only reply pm when I got 1 ... I only reply bro/sis when they ask me for Henry contact. In fact I even recommend other contractor to them like Mr Yeak/Henry (impress 21) / Ho bee when they ask me if I got more option. I'm not saying Henry service is perfect . But for my case , when my lock is spoil , he send pp to rectify . When sub-con damage my laminated wood , he arrange pp to help me. It's take 2 hand to clap ... I believe I'm not the only Henner to receive this value added services from Henry . Y you took so long to come out / who encourage you to talk abt all this , I guess you know better . I'm not here to start another war . Nor I doubt what happen to yr renovation . For me , it's simply. He do my reno swee swee ... He do my friends reno swee swee ... He steady with me , I also got to steady with him . 95% of people who I pass them contact thru renotalk also got their house done up without issue. Some even become my friends. So I got no reason to stop replying pm with only 1 or 2 cases. Or maybe should I ? Pls also read abt my others thread abt cellini , lighting.com ... before you make comment like "part time worker" sigh .....

This remind me of the supreme laminated wood story . I insist I want Supreme (more exp) as they offer lifetime gurantee .... but henry advice me to get cheaper brand to save money with only 10yrs warranty . When I mention abt the point of lifetime warranty , he ask me back " U stay there lifetime meh ?" lol .... He's right in some point ..... but I still insist to go with Supreme after he help me to fight for a price that even he himself also feel it more worth it ... lol

My experience with court still ok leh .... but HN is the one that give me a lot of problem last time
