ermm .... but any note written together with the tap ? Or does all the tap come with the washer ? Actually I feel that hoe bee plumber not at fault for not taking out the washer at the 1st attempt. But hor , it's their faulty to blame it to the tap without even to verify further . If they dismantle the tap on the 2nd visit , they might have already found the root cause of the problem.

But is it a SOP to take out the washer ? then if it's just a washer problem Y the plumber that went to check yr house 1st didn't notice it ? aiyo .... actually now I also blur who should be resposible for it . scare poh joo say they should take out the washer while ho bee say "who know should take out washer"

That time he told me that cement-screening will create a very raw and industrial effect, and will be very nice. However U must accept the crack line of it as that’s the beauty of cement-screening. Actually I find him bull-shxxing that time … but it seem to be true for yr case now. However , Jasmie I really dun know if it’s normal to see crack line so soon . i still rem 5 yrs back , at 1 comex show , this promotor is promoting 1 Pocket PC . She was saying this wireless that wireless everything is wireless include charging ..... My friend and me was like "zhun bo " -_-" then we keep asking her how the wireless charging work ... then she start to blur and quickly ask her another promotor .... phahaha
