For Dmay case , I think ard 80-100 . But really up to U lah .... For me bottom track, cheap , good, nice can use can le .

yup, me using bottom track . So far so good. Reason Y i chose bottom track - 1) More stable ( try top track b4 , feel that not so stable as bottom track) 2) Cheaper Of cos , top track look nicer and the leg wouldn't step on it

I 2nd that . Actually personally I also feel that report not so important. As long as within the warranty period if the house below complaint I am quite sure Henry will come and fix up the thing . So far after my reno HO , I had look up Henry 3 time 1st - Toilet bowl Issue - He send his plumper to check - end up toilet bowl issue 2nd my light issue - He send his electrician to trouble shoot - light spoil 3rd - My main lock spoil - He also send his lock smith and change up my lock for me I would say he is still quite responsible

Ha ... true also .... We can org a Henner CNY Bian Nian during one of the 15 days . But me no car wor ... U got to long ban my wife , Jaden and me. I think henner like momo,william,jamie lost out the most. Cos they got no kids .... phahaha I still got little Jaden to collect ang bao ....
