Understand that there is growing in number of Cellini Calypso sofa. Hence I create this thread to share how we “dress up” our Calypso sofa to help new potential buyer to consider how to choose their colour. I will start – off with mine – I chose the original black colour in consideration of little Simon – aka Jaden will be playing around with it and to match my monochromatic look. Add in 2 grey square cushions 2 round cushions to have the retro feel Pls share yrs ….. Update : Bought a grey carpet to go with it

ya . When I look for flat last yr , it's already 300k at yr area. Heard from friend that the market is going crazy this few week/month. Cov is like 20k to 50k above valulation. Me quite heng to get a 1k cov flat .... ha

Just a update , in the end , I use my main contractor electrician . As the price almost same as my friend husband . So to save the trouble and corrdinating work I let my main contractor handle. No wonder pp start to ask for electrician contact .... so it's becos of this post ....

I request my 1st appoint to be the earliest avaliable date to my agent I OPT and exercise on 3rd march 1st appointment got it on 30 march - only 4 week nia 2nd appointment on 2nd or 3rd May
