Hmmm I think those peeps who have problems ...probably purchase wooden items. Those who bought glass or metal or high gloss items do not seems to have any issue. Well at least for me...I wont buy any sofa off catalog. I ponder about the quality of dining chairs too. It's important to sit on it to know if u r comfortable with it or not.

Hi Smallboy/Wendy some questions... (1) Can check what is the measurement for the wet kitchen? My wet kitchen is also L shape - if the depth is 63cm, I find it very hard to reach into the corner of L (tabletop) (2) Any special arrangement for the hard to reach corner storage below? 180 degrees basket or just horizontal partition or none? (3) Can you take pic of the slim compartment for the spices etc? Pull out trolley right? Space enuff? Where will u put knife, ladles etc? Need some reference =) Thks!

There is a cheaper way...Just not sure if contractor are confident of doing it or not. Slice a few up and change cement then put them back.

Unexpected Changes Required: - Flattening of walls that has diff depth: Two bedrooms affected. MBR will be shrunk to the colum. - Kitchen revamp: From straight line to L & Gallery Style. Reason being: Stove position has to be changed - Seal up kitchen wall - Build a partition underneath beam in the living room - No shoes inside the house: All shelved in store room - TV and dining area switch position - Change floor tiles - Curtains for MBR door (most exposed) and Study Room (door is opposite another room's door) Exceeded our very small renovation budget...haha FSM is very detailed and patient. The wall opposite mbr toilet is indeed less deep indeed. However the wardrobe is currently alongside with the toilet ie behind the door. We want to keep the room well lit =) My friends at St 21 has a beam above the same area. Its even more annoying.

@Adrian i'm inviting 4 different contractors/ID to my place for quotation and additional 2 contacts (ponder) from PtyAgent. It's more than enough but at least you have a few more options and perhaps more ideas! Yeak will be one of them too. To wait 2 weeks for a quotation....quite agonizing though. Usually about a wk i thought? Hmm
