I have rejected Weiken though she give us very competitive price. I engaged ideal house and my ID is Lynn, we choose her because reasonable price and important things is come out with many ideas to help us reach our budget. Looking forward our 3D drawing on 20th May. -
Hi Jaskel, You mean the dark line between the broken marble can be patching away? I tot that one is original color?

My two shortlisted ID give me FOC in polishing the living and dining marble. The cost from another contractor for grinding and polishing the marbles for 3rooms, living/dining halls and storeroom is $950.00 I will get the key on 17 jun, now is too early to confirm and sign with my ID.

Hi pbtgal, I haven't confirm but i think most likely i will polish it bc of tight budget.

Hi guy77, I agree with you but i really hard to decide. Maybe i will not hack it because of my tight budget.
-
Hi aijo, Will my broken marble will same nice with your one? I don't think so....haiz Your one looks very nice after polished

Attached is my new house before renovation. I don't like the broken marble because the broken pattern look very messy...... I plan to hack marble and replace the broken marble with homegeneous. 3 bedroom also hack and replace by laminate flooring. My ID doesn't recommend me to hack the marble because not worth and waste money. She said polished will be very nice. Anyone have broken marble in their living/dining and bedroom? Do you think the broken marble look very old fashion? Anyone can show their modern house perfect match with the broken marble?
