nah..it's okie. cuz actually i'm using their service now too. and found that they are quite prompt (except for my wall ) hahhaha...no worries about it. what matters most is that u found someone whom u think their quality is good and can meet ur expectations

**** sian... Eric called just now and said that my level mixer (tap) in my toilet got water leakage at the back. Called sim siang choon (SSC) and they promised to call me back once they found my invoice. 5 mins later, Patrick from SSC called and said that he'll send one technician down and check what's the problem. will call us and confirm schedule tmr. mm..so far, good customer service. note that our tap was bought on discount.

hehehehe...yup! we got the slumberland bed and put it in the guest room le...can make the 2 single beds into a queen size bed. quite interesting. understand about the traditional stuff..thing is..htb will go back to malaysia on weekend. that means i party there on weekends. muahahahhahahaha

I also found the-no-washing-of towels very strange when I see it online. mm...the electrolux that u shortlisted will be able to fit your washing needs I still remember that time when my htb and I went to source for bed and washing machine.
