Went up to our home during lunch time just now (and I forgot to bring my camera! *faint*) Was surprised to see the painter there. Saw all the rectifications that he did for our walls. Super happy! Satisfied! No more pimples and wrinkles! Although not all was rectified cuz it's too minute, we decided to let it go. what more shd we expect when Eric is not charging us? Heehee.. SSC guy came today and installed my tap! Woohoo!! Now my tap is nicer than my htb’s tap. Muahahahaha…will take pics the next time I’m there.

merryman...wa..u throw the question back to me ar? well, in business law (running my memory back to 3 yrs ago), they will sue u because all elements to form a contract are in. but under the sales of good and services act (if i remember correctly), the service provided to u by the contractor must be acceptable - meaning by the industrial standard. then again, if u ratified (meaning u agreed that it's acceptable to u), the contractor is not liable. ehh...think ar...u better get legal advise la..dun even know if these are still applicable or not.
