yep, we installed storage tank. cuz we dun want to see the instant heater in our toilets. the waiting time is only about 5 mins - about the amount of time that u need when u just reach home and prepare to shower. if u are not in the rush, let my htb to be ur guinea pig first. think he'll start using from mid july. hahahahahha.. mahuan ar? still okie la...true la..u have to go to ur kitchen to switch on first. thats why for us, we put the switch at near our main door - can switch it on once we reach home

With regards to your aircon…dunno if u still can negotiate for the price. I have a 22000 btu, 3 * 9000 btu. Total price plus trunking and everything = 3888. mine is Mitsubishi inverter

if really wanna email and complain, get the highest management email. cuz ar..if send to their general email, someone will screen that email out. trust me. thats what they did for some of my complains. the format is great! maybe u can specify the details? e.g. which day they deliver what, etc and for the customer service staff, state their names, etc hope this helps. and maybe can end off with “we know that u've been providing great customer service to all your clients and i understand that mine could be one of the exceptions. Given the strong reputation that you have for your customer service, I believe that you should be able to have my delivery problems soon. We hope to hear from you by XXX. Thanks.”

book cabinet – second you thoughts about Ikea. For us, we custom made ours. Mainly because htb say he wants the cabinet to go all the way to ceiling..less maintenance work for him (no dust on the top and he can guarantee no xiaoqiang and lizard can hide there). And we want sliding door for the cabinet. We went to source for the cabinets with these requirements and realize that actually the price is about the same. Door bell – where got this kind of aunty one??? Must at least apologize mah! One way to prevent this from happening again might be to make your door bell higher? Make it out of reach for that kid.
