thats very true.. their "include tile" are cuff to a certain price, usually not very nice tiles type of price. if you choose something else, it will be plus plus plus.. its better to just get their quote for tiling works less tiles. you pay for tiles you like. and if main con go with you and buy got 10-15% descount too.. if you wan, pm me for my main con contacts. his quotation is very reasonable and definitely no plus plus plus..

anyone looking for a contractor to do tiling, flooring, reno stuff do try my main con for a second quotation. he just did my place and i thought he is worth recommending. pm me for more details. cheers

hi jaskel.. thanks for the info. looks like i must really haggle with him to lower the quotation. will appreciate if you can show me some pics. btw, i was told mk switches are soso only le, one of the cheapest. dunno how true. i wanted to use clipsal but i think its way off in pricing. so ended up using legrand series. was told its the mid range series.

hey thanks for tall the info.. will try to haggle the rebate once my place is almost done. anyway, there is a remaining balance which would be paid to him after the project ends past 1 month. this guy is quite ok.. understand he quote more first to cover himself. if not, quote low liao LL must pay thru his own pocket.

hi zonkkie, ya mine is concealed. saw them hacking the wall and run the wires, then make good. gt another fren told me his was quoted abt 10k to do conceal re-wiring plus misc. my old wires were exposed and were all discarded. so literally all the wiring i my hse nw are new and concealed. hopefully he will rebate me a token lor..

what is eubig? isit the cover for the wires? yea mine i saw got those rectangular casing cover around the whole house. but my contractor did mention its the est quote. he will rebate me if cost is less.. dunno how true is that. but looks like mine is really over the top.. haiz

hi all, i was given a quotation of $9500 for doing my 1200sqft appt electrical stuff, include whole house re-wiring, lighting, power points, switches, etc (concealed). is this resonable? thanks all.
