The owner at Hougang Ave 8 who did this and we went to view was using it for 4-5yrs already. They give 3 yrs warranty but should be able to last for more than 10yrs.

Wow it sure much cheaper than mine (my kitchen wall and floor already cost $3K)...maybe I got a larger wall and toilet. Btw Mimi, 3K is for kitchen and 2 toilets is it?

Btw, I'm recommend only copper piping for water pipes. As over the years, stainless steel pipe will still rust.

But can use 99.9% stainless steel. Toilet assy in stainless steel use in the bathroom should not be of such low quality. It doesn't make sense, this is really 'cheapo' material. Alternative solution is to de- rust and paint it over.

I also using EDL laminate, Black Magic Series.

Wow that is big...still got study room...old flat always got bigger floor area. Now the new HDB was so much smaller. Ya I know her quotation is slightly on the high side but no hidden cost. That what I like about it. Most importantly was her good after sale service, up to now she still asking me facing any problems not.
