Got to know a shop can bargain on all these electronic stuff but must do homework yourself first. 1) Need to know the model of the fridge or tv u want to buy. 2) Check out the lowest price offer from HN, AH, Courts, etc... 3) Go to the shop told them u want this model and see how much they offer. If too high, told them this and this shop selling so much only. 4) They will sure lower the price and free delivery.

Do agree with ivy on that . ncy if you had a good contractor, u are always welcome to recommend to other forumers, what I feel is u have not read most of the thread on the comments of Uncle Soon so u make such a comment. Although here is free for discussions and suggestions, but don't treat us like those teenagers that are crazy on celebraties. Do a T-blog, post your reno and contractor workmanship, let other veiw it themselves and judge it.

Is not no way to carry up using staircase, it is very tough to climb up 17th storey. Half way knock on the glass break how? So most don't want to take the risk...Lucky for me, the 2.2m mirror can still fit in the life

In term of workmanship, service and the materials used, how many ft for your top and bottom? What brand u using for your counter-top? What brand u using for laminate? Its nice, but if u want to ask for opinions, need to provide more information on it, if not how other able to judge?

Heavy duty "firmaflor" or not u also can't spot the different. Is not a very popular selling brand in Singapore, that why it cheap. Maybe because it does not provide longer warranty as most brand was like min.15yrs to lifetime warranty. Plumping is needed unless u want to do the installation yourself. For everything to do at the cost of $10K is consider cheap already. Good luck to u and happy reno.

The feature wall + console + kitchen this contractor quote isn't within your budget? It consider reasonable.

U need contractor for the rest of item, carpenter for the feature wall and TV console.

To me is not only that, cabinet below will have to go also.
