No le...me doing up forum reno threads to let others know more about reno and beware of the material they use. I now do for relatives and friends only cos able to get the contractor price for them. It so much cheaper.

From the pic, I don't see they hack the wall for the piping and this could have done it after u took the pic. So quite hard to comment on it cos didn't know whether they had done it or not unless was there, if not it was just replacing of the mixer only.

That what I know of punggol flats, wiring and piping are concealed. Used to stay there But no hot water piping.

HDB have a requirement for that conceal piping rules, and for ID/contractors, conceal can be behind the kitchen cabinet, so when the cabinet is up, u can't see the piping left the outlet join to the tap, so consider conceal liao.

No leh...hot water point piping doesn't exist for the HDB flat unless it was installed for the new flats (not sure new flats have it not), normally old HDB flats that used water tank or gas heater will need to install another hot water point piping.

OMG....is the piping for the kitchen sink or washing machine? $350 for that piping a bit too expensive unless it really concealed.

For my understanding, is was to replace the old conceal copper piping that leading to the hot point of 2 toilets. I think it should be To supply and install new copper piping for hot water point to the 2 toilets...am I right?

I had only done it with mirror....for coloured glass should be $15 psf..

Better ask SCV to do it as anything happen such as bad signal, cable internal damage, the SCV will come down and do it for free, if done by electrician, after few months got signal loss, SCV will charge jst for coming down to troubleshoot and that happened to me today.
