Hi Natasha, It not possible to DIY, it got 4 coating and the material they got are in bulk. 2 toilet flooring should be $1100 and 2 toilet wall should be $1900 and for flooring, it is not spraying, it is sediment flooring, have some degree of roughness. They only have 13 colour to choose for flooring and 20 over colour for walls and the product was imported from Germany and USA. 2 year warranty. I had posted some pic on how it look like in other similar thread in this forum and u can take a look on it.

$4k is what I est. from 1 of my friend who rewire her whole place 2 x 3rm flat, new DB, points,...ard $9K....so its still best for the electrician to quote u on what you want cos I maybe wrong on the amount also. U can set aside $4k for that. Engage a LEW and don't forget your air-con point too. U don't need a PUB testing, u need a SP services come to inspect on the electrical installation for you. Go to SP website and there is this application form CS/5H. Your electrician will be able to give u more actual quote and advise u on that. Please visit the website for electrical guidelines at HDB.

$6.50psf is the market rate for alum. $15psf is for wrought iron.

For building a merranine floor in a Condo, u need a PE endorsement and submit for approval from your MSCT first before you can build it. After this steps, then u can look for a builder to build it for u...without approval, your builder or contractor can't start work in the 1st place. Hope this will help.
