As the owner request to try and save the new WCs and basin, that's why I told them I will use local hackers who easy to communcate and more experience. Anyway all my projects for hackers were local less this time round that the boss told me they are "Malay" only. Since I told the owner I'm using local and the workers are not. I've to admit that its my fault on overlook on it. I can only compensate the owner as I cant change another group of workers even thou the WCs and basin were saved but the permit is only 3 days hacking. The owner paid a price for their reno and my jobs are to make sure that the price they paid me is worth it. Even thou the owner is nice to me and didn't ask me about it, I feel that I own them an apology on that.

And one more thing, I've confirm with the workers today and they told me they are from malaysia, I'm sorry about that as I've told u that the hackers will be local cos I did told the boss I want local hackers. As such thing happened, I will had to accept that its my fault to overlook on the workers being provided to me. To show my sincerity, I'll personally supply and install a new rubbish chute for you FOC. And also the hollow block walls for your dryer will be done without adding any extra cost.

Your quotation is reasonable, don't need to listen to others already....since u "click" with your ID, just let he/she earn a bit. Most importantly is, he/she is reliablity and trustworthy. Paying a bit extra to do your house swee swee is better than engaging someone who give u a lot problems later on cos his/her quote is cheaper.

Need to know what paint u r providing, such as easy wash, vinilex 5000, 3 in 1, etc...different pricing too.

U cant conceal anything in a hdb unit...may it be piping or wiring. But u can box up, just like L-box, feature wall, cabinet, etc, hiding all the wiring, piping...

Actually u are looking for classic wood that normally use for euro style of design such as country, victorian, theme etc....these type of wood is usually crafted and vanish or spray painted rather than using laminate to paste it.
