Make sure the kdk soecialist install the fan for u. Cos most electrician can't install kdk properly. Experience it before when on to the 5th speed, it will start to "wobby" a lot liao. And kdk did not provide the balancing kit like other brands.

This small case liao....got come across need to stop work for 1 mth cos wife came back from operation need lots of rest....after that, complaint to HDB that one part of the cornice dropped down cos is due to the reno work, wall hairlines cracks due to the hacking and the best part is I only hack common bath flooring and they are staying on top. Whatever works going to do, need to inform them, may be it be painting, carpentry, lighting or plumbling. Need to update owner, also need to update the owner on top.
