Ya I knew about your outsourced. Different ID/contractor will have different view on it. It just the same as having skirting before carpentry work or after. Same for painting before or after carpentry work. The air-con man patching up the hole is lousy cos they want to do it fast fast, see no hole can liao. This u can actually ask the false ceiling guys to help u patch up as they know how to do it swee swee just like your false ceiling.

Don't worry, the plumber already here once for installation of your 2 WC. Just need the rest of your bathrooms assy. so can install 1 shot. Must remember to buy the tap for washing machine also. Actually the plan was to do Mon-tues, electrical wiring, then tues,painting for your kitchen walls with sealant first then follow by wed, city gas piping installation (cos the arrangement for city gas was made) don't want plumber to crush with them together. Thur measurement of your MBR sliding glass door and also bathroom door. Thur also plumber come installation of piping. Need to install the heater so that the water piping can run to the bathrooms. Now need to shift the plumber a bit backwards.

Sealant applied for the kitchen walls. Electrical wiring was also laid first.

Normally don't quote for supplying of light fittings cos your taste and he/her taste may be different and price vary a lot. Think normally the forumers here source for their own lighting and ask the ID to quote on installation for them.
