Start with your floor plan and your ideas on what u intend to do. Doing false ceiling in the bath will cost much more than doing it in the bedrooms or living. The material for the bathroom is totally different and also there must have a manhole at the false ceiling. U can consider about it.

Maybe it was the time to coordinate and the transportation, thats why, they rather take a bigger project than to do this small project.

Actually, I had completed the urgent job....but as the owner unable to coordinate the rest of the works, I will continue helping them to coordinate their sub-cons till the hse is ready. This week will be a busy week for me again.

This pic shown is the pressure test they do to prove to me that the gas piping that they had installed didn't leak at all. It was only on the 3rd times after tightening on all the connection piping then stop the leakage. There will be another pressure test when install the gas meter.
