My carpenter don't use China hinges/mechanism, that why carpentry side a bit ex.

Sorry, didn't went down your place yesterday. Today went down with the electricians to take a look on your air-con. Problem solved, although is not my problem. Now your air-con is working, u need to go and test the coldness. Had clean up your place before leaving. Found that your rubbish chute is dropping out, need to ask your contractor to fix it, don't just use silicone to secure it. Also if u went up, try to tape the discharge hole and the water passageway at your cement motar base, so that stones, dirt, etc won't go in. Didn't bring masking tape with me today, if not will help u do it.

Jeff, this week actually wanted to complete everything and HO to u. Tomorrow will do a acid wash for your hse, cos don't think general cleaning itself able to clean your bathrooms and kitchen, my last "lugi" .Solid surface will come to install on wed. Follow by plumber to install the kitchen sink. Electrician will also come by to complete the rest of the works. Carpenter will complete it by Friday. By the way, the plank that your brought to install it at your master bedroom, u need me to install it for u right? IKEA don't provide screws and wall plugs, will u be getting it? And u want to cut a hole in the middle of the plank?

Painter was here today to touch up the paint work also.
