Accident do happen all the time in reno work...yours is no exception too....the workers carelessly had dripped the super glue on your kitchen cabinet... 2 of the cabinet doors kanna...no choice but have to change it.

Today went to change your basin tap....shown me 2 new ones, both also got some defects the new ones came still got some in-perfection so making a trip again early tomorrow before the plumber come and install the rest of the assy. for u.

That how the rainwater come in. Even u do waterproofing also no use, cos when raining, the cement absorb water and the water will flow all the way below and cause water seepage to the unit ceiling below....(this may also be the cause of their water leakage on their ceiling)...HDB and Town council officer have to come in now....haiz...

That's the air-con pipe hiding below the bathtub....this may be the main reason of causing water seepage to below.
