    Oh ok, so u do see the sample of eproxy flooring, do the ID give warranty on that? Yes, asking for the brand of the laminate they going to use. 2 year warranty is too short. Sorry, I do not have any ID to recommend although my friend is presently working as an ID. Had not seen his work yet. I didn't engage any ID to do my house reno.

    The quotation consider reasonable. But u sure on doing eproxy flooring? Check what laminate flooring they providing u, u don't want to change flooring after 2 yrs right?

    Sorry, I'm too lazy and tired to go items by items, there are so many unsure items. It really hard to compare apple with orange, services, workmanship, materials,etc...Piece of advise, see long term, double works will only cost more. If u feel comfortable with them and do have the time to supervise on it, just follow what your heart tell u. All the best.(Sorry alan26 used your phrase)

    I got some questions to ask u. R u doing kitchen counter top? Toilets not doing anything? Top(10ft) & bottom(10ft) for kitchen cabinet or just bottom (20ft)? R u going to reno the whole house or ? So no feature wall or TV console right?

    This what my contractor told me this afternoon. For those who are interested in the pricing. $1.8K is for 1 kitchen & 1 or 2 toilet floor (it a HDB promotion package offering right now). $3.1K is for 1 kitchen & 1 or 2 toilet wall. Kitchen floor only $1.5K, Kitchen wall only $2.6K, 1 Toilet floor only $900, 1 Toilet wall only $1600. So is it much cheaper then to hack and re-tile? Sorry I made a mistake, had changed it, wall should be more ex than floor.
