mouldguard is just a ceiling paint can get from paint store, but water repellent is like another layer of coating normally used on cement, building materials shop should have that.

Do u install any ventilation fan? Use ICI mouldguard paint for your bathroom ceiling. Another solution is to paint a layer of water repellent over it.

Ya its good, so far so good. At least won't see so many wiring. I'm not a person that want a good sound system, to me this is good enough already.

Really hope some good ID/ contractor can please come out to help these affected house owners, CNY coming, regardless to promote your service and provide free (very hard), lower rates(possible) to continue the renovation. Whether to get more customer or promoting yourself, all are welcome.

Hi seashell, Helping until I don't know how to said. Direct quotes, cheapest quote all can, this no problem. Main area, settle as much as possible so that the min. requirement that a house owner can move in. Piggybear reno shouldn't be a issues as for now, will settle latest by next week and completely HO. jesslyn will settle at least to the min. requirement so that the family can move in before X'mas. Another hse meet up with ah soon and them together to settle their house and $ issues so that they can also move in before X'mas, latest by CNY.

Both of you are not right or wrong either, but at this moment of time, arguing doesn't help the owners at all. If can, provide some forms of assistance or advise will be better. Thanks for your understanding.

This meet up was a last min. arrange as able to get hold of him. If you want, u can meet up later 830am at jurong west area. I had asked him to give all house owners at least an answer. Promise from him may not mean anything but I will be helping those house owners to solve most of the issues.

Hi Guys, This afternoon had a long talk with Ah Soon, together with some of the house owners. All that was present have come to an agreement already, so in the mean time, let Ah Soon settle one by one first. Pushing him too much will not benefit anyone at all, we need to come to a compromise and a win win situation. Hope the rest of u guys can understand that. Thanks.
