Do you know, even up till the day I met up with AS and the house owners and your hubby, I still haven't collect a single cent from the house owner yet same goes to jesslyn and jurong house owner too. All the things, money, agreement,etc...I've to do it legally, I will need witnesses, proof, evidences, invoices, etc.... I'm a neutral party involve in all this issues. I got to find a solution on how to keep this money and not to return it to AS in the shortest possible time. There someone here been updating to AS and certain things I can't disclose here. My suggestion to u is, if u r able to gather all the victims, arrange a time and I will be there to settle the issue and give everyone an answer.

If everyone agreed that this amount is to pay to you and is fair to them, I will give u that amount seriously because in the first place u was the one who said to share it among every victims. And btw, it doesn't agreed upon me & jesslyn all.

Thanks, I do sleep well every night. What I'm dealing with is a wily old fox that able to make so many house owners to part with their hard earn cash and not completing the jobs. He is not as simple as he look. And is not easy to outwit him at all, need proofs, witness, etc...so as not to hand all the money back to him and also not to get myself into lawsuit too. The intention/motive was clear when he asked Mr seashell to appear on our meeting place, why fini, why jess or the rest of the victims he didn't asked. I'm not saying that seashell or her hubby had anything to do with AS, but can u all see how good this old fox is?

Transparent here and let Ah Soon know about it....u don't know what is happening dude...someone is update him always. And u don't know the fact at all, same to the rest of the victims. Don't worry about whether the money is being spent or not, come out with a fairest way to settle the amount, I don't want to drag it too long, so that I can concentrate on other issues. What is the fact, I dare to face it...what are the consequences I already knew it. Everything is still going smoothly according to my planning, including on what other like u will said on me.

I don't need this to survive at all, and I had not eat any money at all not a single cent, $2670 is my 4 days pay that others willing to pay for my service, I can treat this as working for 4 days for free. But 1 thing I know is you won't even dare to offer to help at all.

Yeah samdolmat, I will leave the rest to settle their own problem themselves after completed the other 2 Ah Soon's victim houses.... It better for me this way cos at least I won't need to reject 3 projects just by helping them. And at least got a profit and doing it much happier rather than let other said about me want to be famous or earning a profit from the victims. What they know is only the $2670, what they don't know is the amount of time I was there doing for the others, kanna parking summons, doing OT, spending lesser time with my family, etc.... Since you also a contractor, do you ever even offer to help in the first place? So what made you think you are qualify to even comment about me...what do you know...have you ever been to redhill, jurong, bedok, TPY, yishun, bt ho swee, YCK, etc...what is their status...u know? how much each of them loss...u know?...pls, don't be a joker here...cos u know nothing at all.... In this line...I did offended some contractors or sub-cons, why, because in the first place they knew what they do is illegal and they didn't advise the house owners and continue to do it, just to earn profit...r u one of them that I had scolded infront of the owners? U being a contractor, do u dare to take up their half past six works without charging them and earn a profit...hmmm....3 tilers already rejected me on taking up one of the house owner left over works...what have u ever done beside only comments? And what u know about the left over money? Which contractor will come out $15K first to do reno for some of this affected house owners? Which contractor will go to the extend on knowing there is no profit at all but only losses on doing it for them? Only those owners that I had done or ongoing will know what I had done for them. What I did is not redhill only. Bedok...I did offer my help but if they don't want, there nothing I could do. What I can do is limited but compare to u is much more. Cos I don't talk only, I put it into action. I know Ah Soon is very unhappy that the $2K+ I spent it away and didn't gave it to him....whatever he told or sweet talk to other house owners that if he got this amount, he can do for them, to me, all this is regardless cos I only know that if this amount if to pass to him...it will be all gone. He been pressing me for this amount for quite some time, so the only way is to let him know that this amount already spent on doing redhill, cos I was the one and I was there who draft out the black and white for both parties to sign. I made the decision to use redhill as the point of time cos I need to close the account between Ah Soon and the owners, if not I got to pass the money back to him. In here, there someone always feeding Ah Soon on what going on here......been updating him all the while. Maybe even login as newcomer and.... To me...I touch my heart and follow what I feel is right....cos nobody can able to come out with a fairness on this amount how it going to spent.... Sorry but your gut feeling is wrong lor...and I think it was a waste of time rebutting you...u know nothing...act u know everything...u can't even come out with a fair statement or even suggestion so what are u? The $2670 I'm holding is what amount comparing to what Ah Soon had took. If can come out with a fair agreement between all victims, what is this amount for me to come out.

I have read this rather interesting ah soon sagar.I turn out to be another jaskel sagar.In a contractor point of view it is not wrong to think of profit making in whatever form.But by the look at those thread I pobably think jaskel should have properly handle the situation by discussing with all victim before giving it to redhill.It is rather selfish.It is true that redhill may have alot of problem but look at all the victim that is surface who is not suffering.To be honest if I were you redhill I won't be living happy taking the remaining money to do up my own house even if I really need desperate help.People always say when you are in the same boat you should pull together as one to beat the odd.For your case you redhill pull off for own good self.By seeing other house now struggling like Bedok Tao payoh and etc it don't make you a better person.Anyway all the best to remainding victim and do look out for alternate source.Cos jaskel don't look to be the person that will do free thing and no contactor in the world will do free thing either.Goodluck Bedok and Tao payoh. Holding onto the money is not right, giving to Ah Soon also not right, using it onto others also not right....so should I donate the money to charity or return it to the owner? Share equally to all the victims look the fairer way but no one can advise me on how many house owners are there. After share among the 20s will there be another 1 who is not know in renotalk by that time how? What the rest didn't know was that there was a Black and White agreement that was written...signed by Ah Soon ( Name & IC no.) and the owner of the redhill on the things that will be done at end on Nov and I was the witness of that.
