Can't really comment on that cos some water saving taps don't have this issues. As I had done so far for hse before, small piping don't have any issue with this type of taps, just the water pressure is not so strong only.

U can get it from nippon website if not meet u tonite to pass u the catalog. As your 3 bedrooms are all 3 different colour and one of them is bright and the flooring is dark.....hmmm....moreover u can choose timberlac colour cos all the door had painted before....hmmm......quite a tricky choice to choose the colour.

As u r using bigger piping, the pressure and the amount of water that come out from your tap may not match at all. How to put it in words....hmmm......

Yes, u can shift in the stuffs next weekend. And also can arrange the hood to be deliver. Painting does not include the main, bedroom doors and door frames. Remember only that your hubby asked me to vanish the main door and leave the bedroom doors as it is. That why the quotation only stated vanishing of main door. If need to, let me know the colour for your bedroom doors and door frame before the painters come.

Ya got your floor plan and images....also took notes on the items u brought.... Dr A didn't signed with others yet. Cos as long as we didn't sign on the contract, anything also can happen in the last min. And nowadays I'm trying to take in lesser projects so that I've time to work on my website and also yearly accounting need to submit too (need to control the annual turnover so that it won't exceed $1mil if not, need to charge gst to house owners liao).

The following next week won't have much progress cos now is waiting for the carpentry.....will drop by the factory to see how the progress ongoing.

Most likely is air-lock. Try dismantle the head of the tap and let the water run, c u still hear the sound not.

1. Hack and lay new tiles = expensive to hack, but also won't worry about your main door, main gate, bedrooms doors also. 2. Overlay with laminate = foundation for marble is better so don't need to worry, cos u only heard marble floor crack but not pop out. But since u don't like the wood grain of laminate, then this option is out already. 3. Overlay with tiles = can be done. just pity only. Same as overlay laminate, the height increased, the doors might affected.

The cheapest way.... ....ask titanax to use a eye mask when goes to sleep or those use in the airline...cheap and good.

Anything that I added myself when I see not nice, will not charge to owner....but anything the owners want to add will be charged...if everything or anything also want to charge than what the fun of doing reno. But as long as not taking advantage of me, I'm ok.
