Like to ask, do both of u like to cross legs while doing work at the workstation? Cos the location of the drawers will depend on your lifestyle habit. Cross leg---drawers at the sides....if not drawers can be below the table top.

Let have a little peek on the design stage.... Trying to get the layout right first. There is a wall behind the existing WC and basin...wonder what the protruding wall is doing there...hmmm

Chng<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Then u r wrong....China carpenters I seem so far have working attitude problem man...they don't care if the tools going to damage your flooring, they don't care whether it will scratch your laminate, door, etc.....I can't said all is like that, but for those I have seen so far is like that. I've seen very hardworking china worker before...but out of 100...only 1. Nationality don't play a part cos, even local, some may not have the workmanship too. Mostly is the attitude towards their jobs.

Asked the electrician to dismantle the point before saw your posting. This loose wiring is for your SCV, powerpoints for your living area, will drill the hole when know the height of your TV console. Swopping the position of the air-con isolator and the powerpoint. A mistake they made. Sorry bout that. -

Realise daytime can see better for the width of the beams and other stuffs... Your living room tracklight and ceiling fan. The light switch and the dining light. Kitchen lighting and the point for oven (below the gas pipe), the loose wire is for the hood, oven and double powerpoint. Service yard light point and powerpoint for dryer and washing machine. -

1) Didn't get a chance to see this while was at your site this morning 9am. But anyway, already told the electrician to dismantle the casing of the master bedroom powerpoint. As for the 2nd qns, I post the pic first to see which casing u r referring to. -
U look quite busy...got so many things to plan for, so I help out a bit to lessen your burden. So u can concentrate more on other planning such as wedding. Hope u don't mind. If u want me to post on whatever info. that u have passed to me also can.

The practise for my carpenters is they don't tear away the plastic cover so as to proof that the laminate is new.
-
Material for the cabinet. Plywood Drawers....plywood Still plywood....internal carcase is coloured PVC rather than white pvc. Plywood Alum. frame with sandblasted glass

Day 36....painting continue at the 3 bedrooms.....carpentry work started at the kitchen Delivery of material. This should be what everyone is waiting for. Bro Fencer, tis is what I've mention on the thin plastic sheet cover for the laminate.

Its really depend, cos sealant mostly apply to raw ceiling or wall (including L-box/false ceiling, plastering walls...etc). Is depend for the ID/contractor as they can or not included into the cost for painting of the whole hse as those painted walls don't really need to apply sealant cos they already have it in the 1st time wen doing painting. If the condition of the house is so jialat that paint is peeling off, then need to scrape off and apply sealant. Mostly coated is 2 coat of painting not included sealent and base coat is needed if the previous wall colour is dark colour. Moldguard is consider new technology of paint with mold control. Normally ceiling is painted with Nippon Matex white, but I prefer to use mouldguard, of course is more ex.

"Found something strange, in the neighbourhood, who do u call?".... While waiting for the 1st coat of painting to dry...there this little black oily, greasy stain coming out from the wall below the window at the living room area.
