This is a top mount sink....as for this sink design, mostly the tap is mounted on the sink itself. Although certain tap can mount on the solid surface even using this type of sink, but as for jeffcraze's case, the tap purchased have no choice but to mount on the sink itself, if not it will be totally useless. When the whole things is installed, with pics, its will explain more clearly.

This is the standard for $50 per door....labour to paint and material cost only. If really want do a proper job such as removing old paints, sand and paint again...its will cost as least 3-5x more and it won't finish in 1 day, need more days to complete all. $10-$15 for 1 tin of paint, masking tape, brush, etc per door... then the rest is transportation fee and labour cost. So it consider cheap labour to paint the door. Moreover, if too many coatings, your door may not be able to close properly. Ask them to paint that portion can liao rather than doing all the doors.

The painter coming back on mon to paint the piping at your MBR bath cos they didn't have the paint yesterday. And also touch up the paint work. Ceiling painted already.
